OUR PROGRAMS
1 on 1 Mentoring
The Gems speak with their mentor weekly and meet up with their mentor 1 on 1 once a month.
Group Mentoring
All program participants meet one Saturday per month from 10 - 2 pm for group mentoring in a classroom setting for where we teach lessons in life skill development such as positive self-image/identity, healing father wound, discovering gifts and talents, goal planning and more.
Field Trips
The Gems will be exposed to a variety of cultural events through fun field trips, career readiness College Campus tours, as well as job-site visits.
Leadership Training
Our program teaches leadership skills through active engagement in community service projects as well as digital global pen pals.
